Finished Inspection for Stacked Core Laminations:
Dimensions & Burrs: Check key sizes against drawing. Burr height must be ≤ 0.02mm.
Surface & Coating: No rust, oil, or scratches. Insulation coating must be intact and uniform.
Stacking: Joint gaps must be tight (< 0.3mm). Laminations must be flat, aligned, and tightly clamped.
Electrical Tests:
Insulation: Core-to-ground resistance > 500 MΩ.
Performance: No-load loss & current must be within +15% of design value. This is the final quality proof.
