Uni-Core Finished Product Inspection Standard
1. Dimensional & Visual Check: OD, ID, height, and concentricity per drawing. Zero physical damage, rust, or contamination.
2. Insulation Integrity Interlayer: No electrical shorts between layers (low-voltage test). Core-to-Ground: IR > 500 MΩ to any external hardware.
3. Performance (Key Test): No-Load Loss & Current: Must be within +15% of design spec. Verified by winding a test coil and applying rated excitation.
4. Final Validation:Performance test data is the ultimate acceptance criteria.
