Finished Product Inspection Standard 

 1. Core Dimension Tolerance Width: Must strictly adhere to specified tolerance (typically ±0.1 mm or tighter). Slit Edge: Must be straight and parallel. No visible sickle shape (sickle弯) or waviness. 

 2. Edge Quality - CRITICAL Burr Height: Must be ≤ 0.02 mm. Measured with a burr gauge or microscope. Burr Shape: Prefer feather-like burrs over rolled-over burrs. No excessive metal protrusions. 

 3. Surface & Coating Integrity Coating: No peeling, scratching, or burn-off caused by the slitting process. Surface: Free from rust, oil contamination, and indentations from slitting tooling. 

 4. Coil Condition Set: Coil must be tightly wound without loose layers or cross-telling. Identification: Clearly marked with material grade, width, and batch number for full traceability
